Our inspiration are vintage swing dances from the 20s to 40s, born in the golden age of jazz, with their roots in black-American music and dance. Lindy Hop and Balboa are the social partner dances, based on swinging rhythms, freedom to dance and partner connection. You can find more information on the lessons page.
